Pathway to university
The American High School Programme Grades 9-10 provides students with a strong academic foundation that prepares them to excel during their final two years of high school, when grades, test scores and overall academic achievement influence their university admissions profiles. Successful completion of grade 10 will allow students to continue their high school studies by pursuing the International Baccalaureate Diploma or A-level programmes at EF International Academy campuses in the United States and Great Britain.
EF International Academy in New York, Oxford and Torbay are IB World Schools, offering the IB Diploma Programme.
EF International Academy in Vancouver and Brisbane are schools interested in pursuing authorization as an IB World School* delivering the Diploma Programme. These are schools that share a common philosophy - a commitment to high quality, challenging, international education that these schools believe is important for our students.
*Only schools authorized by the IB organization can offer any of its three academic programmes: the Primary Years Programme (PYP), the Middle Years Programme (MYP), or the Diploma Programme. Candidate status gives no guarantee that authorization will be granted.
